Key Responsibilities May Include:
Manage and lead the Asset Control team, ensuring full compliance with company policies, asset control standards, and audit procedures.
Oversee and conduct regular asset audits to ensure accurate inventory control, monitoring stocks, flows, and identifying leakage ratios for immediate action.
Develop and implement asset protection strategies, including conducting forensic investigations to mitigate fraud, asset misuse, and other risks.
Collaborate with internal teams, such as Sales and Operations, to enhance asset recovery processes and provide data-driven insights to improve asset productivity.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including audit outcomes, asset recovery rates, and overall asset management metrics.
