Asset Risk Management Administrator

Position Overview

We are looking for a general administrator with sound knowledge of Commercial and Personal Lines Insurance. The suitable candidate should have at least 3 years’ experience within a similar role and understanding of urgency, accuracy, and client relations. Must be a strong, confident candidate who can handle pressure. The candidate must also be organised and self-sufficient without the need to be micromanaged.

Required Skills

• Grade 12
• One to three years relevant commercial short-term claims experience (compulsory)
• Bilingual (Afrikaans and English)
• MS Office literate

Duties

• Receiving all claims notifications from clients
• Screening policy cover, wordings and claim documents
• Reporting claims
• Corresponding with clients, brokers, insurers, assessors
• Adherence to SLA’s
