Asset Specialist - AV Expert (m/f/d)

Desired Start Date: July 1, 2026. We are looking for a solution-oriented Asset Specialist with a proven experience in the field of Audio-Visual installations to take ownership of the full lifecycle of our organisational assets. In this role, you will ensure high availability, optimal utilisation, and cost efficiency of assets by implementing clear processes, maintaining accurate data, and continuously monitoring performance.

You will act as the central point of coordination for all asset-related topics, working closely with operational units, project teams, and warehouse functions to ensure that asset planning and availability are fully aligned with business and project needs.

As a key contributor to operational excellence, you will support teams with asset-related decisions, drive transparency and accountability across the organisation, and continuously enhance systems and processes to enable a scalable and efficient operations environment.
