Asset Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Repossession Management: Oversee the process of motor vehicle repossession, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and bank policies.
• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all repossessed motor vehicles, including their condition, location, and status. Review requests for repairs and ensure they are reasonable.
• Valuation and Disposal: Assess the value of repossessed vehicles and determine the most appropriate disposal strategy, whether through sale, re-lending, auction, or scrapping.
• Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors, including repossession agencies, auction houses, and repair services, to ensure quality service and cost-effectiveness. Ensure the facilities of the sales agencies present the units well.
