Job Description

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Operations Support professional to join our team and play a key role in onboarding clients and providing ongoing system support for Assetforce .

Purpose of the Role

The Operations Support for Assetforce is responsible for accurately and efficiently onboarding clients onto the system while delivering continuous support to ensure smooth operations.

What We’re Looking For

Experience (Minimum)

  • 2+ years strong technical client support
  • 2+ years in the FMCG/Restaurant industry

Advantageous

  • Experience providing software support to clients

Technical Skills

  • Microsoft Office 365
  • Any sales or facilities software (advantageous)
  • Account management and collaboration
  • Business and sales acumen
  • Strong administrative capabilities
