assets & property staff (can start asap)

PURPOSE: is responsible for supporting the efficient acquisition, maintenance, tracking, and disposal of the company's physical assets, including equipment, furniture, and fixtures. This position plays a key role in managing the lifecycle of assets, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring that company properties and assets remain well-maintained, compliant, and cost-effective

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1. Assist in overseeing the acquisition and disposal of physical assets, including furniture, equipment, and fixtures.

2. Perform asset tagging for all company equipment and assign unique identification codes in preparation for asset monitoring.

3. Coordinate with Purchasing to track parts and equipment orders, delivery statuses, and repairs handled by suppliers.

4. Monitor the lifecycle of company assets and track repair frequency to determine if an asset is providing value or becoming financially burdensome.
