Assigned Design Engineer - Detube/Retube Tooling (Nuclear Power)

We are working with a company to identify an Assigned Design Engineer - Detube/Retube Tooling to work at Bruce Power’s Port Elgin site.

Scope of Work

• Delivery of tooling design and development services for Detube/Retube project.
• Preparing reports, designs, engineering evaluations, and reviewing deliverables from external organizations.
• Providing detailed reviews and design inputs for Reactor Tooling Design Requirements.
• Collaborating with a variety of internal and external stakeholders to drive project outcomes.
• Creating written documentation packages and reports.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of overall experience
• Nuclear design experience, within Canada or Internationally
• Experience in the design and delivery of automated tooling systems for nuclear applications
• P.Eng Designation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-starter, who shows a lot of initiative
