Job Scope:

Over all in-charge for the day- to- day execution of store retail activities including cash management and financial growth in sales and profitability, operational excellence and people learning, development and management. Controls and monitors all aspects of retail management, maintaining a high level of quality and service aligned with the company's magic moment platform. Executes company standards operating procedure.

• Graduate of any 4 year management related course preferably Hotel and Restaurant Management or other related course
• At least 3-5 years experience as retail or Restaurant Manager
• Crisis management training, people management and development, organizational assessment, labor relations and practice, targeted selection and interview skills, MS Office, time management, training skills, coaching and mentoring
