Role Purpose:

Banking Operations & Credit Services provides backend support to HSBC Japan. The job holder is required to understand the life-cycle of deposit accounts/credit facilities to proceed them with error free. Also, the job holder is required to ensure the operation efficiency and higher productivity for providing excellent level of services to both external and internal customers.

This role supports:

+ Daily operation checking and performance monitoring on 1) Banking Operations for corporate customer (Deposit Account Open/Servicing/Closure), 2) Credit Services for corporate customer (Lending Operation/ Facility Management/ Security Management for loans and overdraft), 3) Reporting, 4) legacy Private Banking services (Mortgage loan and Unit Trust).
