Telemedicine Doctor

Qualifications
Medical degree (MD) with at least 3 years of experience in acute care (ER, ICU, acute medicine, or general practice).

Strong decision‑making, communication, and time‑management skills.

Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.
Description:
Assess and manage medical assistance cases for Compass policyholders.

Provide clinical advice to patients, families, employers, and internal teams.

Evaluate medical urgency, determine care pathways, and escalate high‑risk cases when needed.

Coordinate medical evacuations and repatriations with International SOS Assistance Centers.Liaise with treating physicians to verify care quality and suitability.

Document all clinical actions accurately for case management and claims support.
