Qualifications

• Medical degree (MD) with at least 3 years of experience in acute care (ER, ICU, acute medicine, or general practice).
• Strong decision‑making, communication, and time‑management skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.

• Assess and manage medical assistance cases for Compass policyholders.
• Provide clinical advice to patients, families, employers, and internal teams.
• Evaluate medical urgency, determine care pathways, and escalate high‑risk cases when needed.
