Assistance Engineer

Key duties:

Ensuring leaders and inspectors understand and compliant the quality management systems, industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Review and approve the quality documentation, such as incoming and outgoing inspection report.

Manpower arrangement for day-to-day activities.

Verify and provide the disposition of non-conformance parts.

Prepare incoming and outgoing inspection plan and report.

Collaborates the process and product quality issues and discuss on corrective actions and problem-solving activities with internal and subcons.

Monitor the department KPI(s) and provide improvement actions if didn't achieve.

Provide training to the existing and new inspectors.

Perform all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skill required:

SPM, diploma, bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification is preferrable.
