Role Overview
As an Assistant Account Manager, you will play a crucial support role in facilitating the policy processing for our clients, enabling a seamless operational flow through the Fulcrum platform. You will be responsible for reviewing policy checks, identifying any discrepancies, and ensuring all necessary updates and endorsements are accurately processed. Your meticulous attention to detail will ensure the delivery of quality outcomes to both clients and account managers.
Your daily workflow will include managing tasks such as loss run pulling and certificate issuance, fostering collaboration with account managers to address policy updates and queries efficiently. This position operates within a night shift framework, allowing for flexibility while ensuring effective communication with teams in various time zones.
