Job Specification

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports and records to support management decisions.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities to monitor financial performance.
• Utilize Excel and accounting software tools for data entry, report generation, and financial analysis.
• Handle invoice processing and manage invoice workflow tools to ensure efficient payment processing.
• Maintain organized documentation of financial transactions and records for auditing purposes.
