Assistant Accountant – Senior Accounts Payable

Arcadia is seeking an Assistant Accountant with a strong Senior Accounts Payable background, experience in AP automation and process improvement, and the ability to support bi-weekly payroll preparation. This role is a key member of the Finance team, contributing across financial operations, reporting, systems, and stakeholder support.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys owning the Accounts Payable function, improving how things are done, and expanding their exposure across payroll, reporting, and month-end accounting. You will work closely with the Finance Manager and act as a subject-matter expert for AP, while also supporting core Assistant Accountant responsibilities.
