Assistant Accountant

Job Summary
Responsible for managing the full spectrum of accounting functions for PaxOcean McPEC Modular Solutions Pte Ltd and its subsidiary, McPec Marine & Offshore Engineering Pte Ltd. The role ensures timely financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and supports budgeting, cash flow management, and system implementation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Accounting & Reporting
Handle full set of accounts for PaxOcean McPEC Modular Solutions Pte Ltd and provide backup support for McPec Marine & Offshore Engineering Pte Ltd.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in accordance with Group policies and statutory requirements.
Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and corporate secretary on statutory matters.
Cash Flow & Intercompany Management
Monitor and manage company cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity.
