Assistant Accountant (Start ASAP)

Responsible for timely journal postings, reconciliations, and month-end accounting tasks in a multi-currency environment.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

• Posting journals accurately and timely, including monthly accruals, prepaid expenses, and intercompany journals.
• Reconciling intercompany trade accounts and balance sheet accounts monthly.
• Preparing and posting general journals and resolving stakeholder queries.
• Completing the month-end accounting checklist tasks.
• Reconciling banking systems (Cybersource, Alipay, online banking) to the source revenue system (Merlin).
• Identifying control weaknesses and recommending or taking corrective action.
• Performing additional tasks as requested.
• Driving innovation by improving processes and products.
• Demonstrating integrity, responsibility, and leadership values through effective communication and teamwork.
