Assistant Accounts Manager (Reporting & Internal Control / Trading Industry / Central Area)

Job Description: Responsible for ensuring financial reporting integrity, control effectiveness, and tax compliance across multiple international entities (Abu Dhabi, London, Singapore).
Accounting & Reporting Review and approve key financial transactions, journals, and reconciliations.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting.
Perform monthly reviews of sales and purchases transactions, reconciliations, and mark to market (MTM) valuations.
Review AR/AP aging, fixed assets, and lease schedules.
Oversee and ensure timely month-end closing and reporting processes.
Tax Compliance Coordinate tax compliance across jurisdictions (e.g. VAT, corporate tax) for Abu Dhabi and London offices.
Work closely with external advisors on filing and reporting.
Coordinate transfer pricing and regulatory compliance requirements.
Liaise with head office accounting and tax departments on any accounting & tax related matters.
