Support our aquatic programs as the Assistant Aquatics Director, focused on camper safety, participation, and instructional activities at the pool and waterfront.
As the Assistant Director, you will be key in maintaining a high safety standard while helping coordinate daily operations and activities. This role involves teaching swimming and lifesaving skills, conducting safety drills, and assisting the Aquatics Director in promoting effective waterfront programs. Collaborating with staff and campers alike, you'll ensure an enjoyable and safe environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in directing all class activities at waterfront
• Help lead emergency procedures and safety practices
• Collect and report incidents for safety improvements
• Support instructional courses in swimming and first aid
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of waterfront areas
