Assistant Architect

Job Description

• Responsible in design proposal, prepare working drawings for authority submission, tender and construction.
• Coordinate with client & consultants team to develop the design.
• To liaise with relevant local authorities.
• To assist the Architect in managing the building/project contract.

Requirement

• Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Architecture, LAM Part I or II.
• Min. 2 years working experience in architecture firm.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop.
• Able to work independently, good interpersonal skills with clients and colleagues.
