Assistant Architect

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Architectural Assistant/Technical Assistant to join our team. As an Architectural Assistant/Technical Assistant, you will work closely with our team of architects and designers to assist in the development of design concepts, prepare drawings and models, and provide support throughout the design and construction process.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparation of Design Proposal plans and drawings.
• Responsible to prepare Building Plan submission drawings and documentation, assist Architect to submit to Local Authority and monitor the schedule for plan approval process.
• Responsible to prepare Tender Drawings with complete detail specifications and construction details, coordinate with structural, electrical and mechanical, infrastructure details to accuracy and minimum errors.
