Assistant Architect

We are representing our client, an interior design and construction firm based in Penang. 

Responsibilities:

• Design and prepare concept proposals, 3D drawings, sketches, layout plans, and detailed drawings related to projects while meeting deadlines.
• Source material prices and prepare quotations.
• Coordinate with suppliers and all relevant parties throughout the project.
• Manage project timelines, work arrangements, and adhere to set deadlines.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by Management from time to time.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of working experience in a related field.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle client expectations.
• A minimum of a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Architecture, or a related field.
