Assistant Area Assessor

Minimum Qualifications:

• Education: Graduate of any 4-year course.
• Experience: None required.
• Skills & Knowledge: Excellent farmer relations and field communication skills. Familiarity on drone mapping, flight missions, and drone maintenance.
• Certifications & Licenses: Driver's Licenses (Professional or Non-Professional)

General Function:
The Assistant Area Assessor assists the Lead Pilot and Trainer in surveying and mapping using drone technology on all tobacco areas in Region 1.

Specific Function:
1) Assists the Lead Pilot and Trainer in performing repairs, maintenance, tests, and other relevant activities to ensure suitability of drones to field conditions and area requirements.
2) Assists in monitoring supply levels of materials and spares for the drones and ensures all materials are available for the efficient run of area mapping and regular drone use.
