Assistant Athletics Director - Head of Middle School Athletics

The Assistant Athletic Director - Head of Middle School Athletics provides leadership and day-to-day management for Menlo’s 6th-8th grade athletics program, which also serves as the Middle School physical education experience. Reporting to the Director of Athletics, this role ensures that students are engaged and coached in their physical and social development across four athletic seasons, while partnering closely with coaches, families, and school leaders to maintain a strong and values-based program.

This is a full-time, in-person role that requires some evening and weekend attendance at various athletic competitions and school events throughout the year.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
+ Overseeing the daily middle school sports program and ensure the PE-through-athletics model supports student engagement and physical development.
