Job Description

Twifo Oil Palm Plantation Limited is an Agro processing company located at Twifo Ntafrewaso in the Twifo Atti Morkwa District in the Central Region of Ghana. Unilever Ghana is in a service agreement with TOPP to provide management of the plantation.

Job Purpose

The purpose of the role is to carry out the internal audit across the company over the systems/procedures and to suggest best practices for improvement of controls. Additionally, this role ensures that company and group accounting policies and procedures are understood and observed, report deviations if any.


What Will Your Main Responsibilities Be

  • Prepares control matrix/flow chart for the audit activity.

  • Prepares audit scope, audit program for the various process/ functions/ locations.

  • Carries out audit test in line with the audit program.

  • Prepares audit reports.

  • Carries out spot checks on various activities.
