JOB SUMMARY

The Assistant Auditor supports the Auditor to provide independent and objective assurance that improve governance, risk management, and internal control systems. The Assistant Auditor also assists in planning, executing, and reporting audit engagements, ensuring compliance with laws, rules and regulations, while promoting efficiency, economy, and ethical conduct in the Center's operations.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Drafts annual audit plans and engagement plans for review and approval of the Auditor;
2. Performs financial, compliance, performance, and IT audits to assess adequacy of internal controls and risk management practices;
3. Prepares drafts internal audit reports for review and approval of the Auditor;
