Assistant Baker

• Assist in preparing, mixing, and baking all bread products according to cafe standards
• Measure, weigh, and prepare ingredients accurately
• Monitor dough fermentation, proofing, and baking times
• Assist in developing and testing new bread recipes
• Maintain consistency in taste, texture, and appearance of bread
• Clean, maintain, and properly use baking equipment and utensils
• Ensure workstations are clean, organized, and comply with hygiene standards
• Help manage inventory and notify Head Baker when supplies run low
• Minimize waste and follow cost-saving practices
• Support the Head Baker in daily bakery operations and workflow
• Follow all food safety and sanitation protocols

Pay: RM3, RM4,000.00 per month
