• Assist in daily bar operations, ensuring smooth service and Mama's high standards
• Lead, support, and motivate the bar team with positivity and passion
• Oversee product quality, cocktail execution, and beverage presentation
• Foster a fun, safe, and guest‑focused bar environment
• Manage stock levels, ordering, inventory, and cost controls
• Support the creation of new cocktail ideas and bar activations
• Handle training and development for the bar team
• Be a hands-on presence during busy service periods
• Assist with scheduling, admin tasks, and reporting
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and liquor regulations
