Assistant BIM Manager

Job Description: Oversee the development and maintenance of BIM models within the project. Prepare and maintain the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) that outlines the BIM goals, processes, and responsibilities for the project. Align BIM implementation with the project's overall strategic objectives, ensuring that BIM supports the project's goals and enhances efficiency To Facilitate collaboration among various disciplines (architectural, structural, MEP, etc.) to ensure integrated and coordinated design and construction models. Act as the primary point of contact for BIM-related matters, engaging with all stakeholders including project owners, design teams, contractors, and Client's representatives. Monitor regular run of Clash Detection within the BIM models and identify and resolve conflicts and to prevent issues during construction.
