Assistant Boarding Life Supervisor, Camp Ridley

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Assistant Boarding Life Supervisor is responsible for the following:

·Reside on campus and work scheduled overnight shifts as part of the boarding supervision team.

·Address behavioural and performance issues involving boarding campers in a timely, supportive, and consistent manner.

·Work closely with the Summer Boarding Life Supervisor and the Manager, Business Development, Camp Ridley, to resolve concerns and ensure all boarders adhere to the Ridley College Code of Conduct.

·Maintain accurate records of camper behaviour and performance concerns and communicate with parents/guardians when appropriate.

·Submit daily logs to Senior Staff outlining key events, concerns, and overnight occurrences.

·Support the onboarding of boarding campers and ensure that camp policies and procedures are clearly communicated, understood, and followed.
