About the role

Reporting directly to the designated Shift Supervisor, you will have the responsibility for operating and monitoring steam turbines, boilers and associated equipment. You will be a key member of the Production Team, self-motivated and committed to achieving targets in relation to safety, quality and productivity.

You will be a person that is comfortable with working on shift in a continuous improvement environment, driven by systems, processes and discipline. You will also be computer literate and have the ability to develop and maintain good working relationships with team members, be team-oriented, have a positive attitude and strong communication skills.
