A Day in the Life as an Assistant Boutique Manager at our Kiehl’s Chatswood boutique, you’ll report to the Store Manager and support a team of 4 to deliver exceptional luxury skincare experiences and commercial growth. This role combines people leadership, hands-on client consultations and operational ownership.
Leadership & Development: coach and inspire the team through daily coaching, recruitment support and individual development plans.
