Assistant Branch Head

The role shall assist the Regional Area Head and execute the following:

• Produce & present sales, revenue, and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the Sales Head.
• Identify & recommend opportunities that will result in long-term growth and revenue from customers, markets, and relationships.
• Deliver customer experience excellence.
• Planning, Organizing, and maintaining control of all sales activities
• Administer and ensure compliance to all sales practices for branches and perform various training sessions for same & coordinate with sales agents to maintain all activity.
• Perform scheduled performance appraisals for sales agents every quarter.
• Manage branch recruitments, objective setting, coaching & performance monitoring of Sales Agents.
• Train and coach Branch Sales Agents on daily responsibilities, brand promotion, and customer service activities.
