Assistant Branch Head

The role will support the branch by carrying out the following responsibilities:

• Prepare and deliver comprehensive sales, revenue, and expense reports, including realistic projections, to the Head.
• Identify and propose strategic opportunities that promote long-term business growth through customer retention, market expansion, and relationship building.
• Ensure exceptional customer experience standards are consistently met.
• Lead the planning, coordination, and supervision of all sales-related activities.
• Oversee compliance with sales protocols across branches; conduct regular training sessions and collaborate with sales agents to ensure alignment with company standards.
• Conduct quarterly performance evaluations for sales agents.
• Handle branch-level recruitment, set performance goals, provide coaching, and monitor sales team performance.
