Assistant Manager – Duties and Responsibilities

• Assisting management with managerial and administrative functions of the store
• Assisting with the Training, Motivation and Supervision of the sales team and admin staff
• Ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures
• Ensuring the shop merchandising and retail standards are maintained at a high level
• Generate sales in the store and achieve set sales targets
• Assist customers in the store and maintain exceptional customer service levels
• Build, maintain and consistently grow a portfolio of ongoing clients
• Promoting the company's own range of products
• Keeping up to date with industry lighting standards, technology, and designs
• Assist in other areas of the retail store such as merchandising and stock control
