- Ensure that the students and potential clients are assisted and provided excellent customer experience 
- Communicate personally to potential clients to ensure satisfaction. 
- Answering phone and email inquiries 
- Help to resolve problems efficiently and effectively 
- Assist and Monitor all related operational concerns.
