Assistant Branch Manager - South Essex

Simon Acres Recruitment are looking for a personable, driven, and commercially focused Assistant Branch Manager for a well-established, highly successful, and growing Furniture retailer's new store in South Essex.

Our client is seeking a strong retail professional who can support the Store Manager in the day‑to‑day running of the branch while continuing to deliver an outstanding customer experience and driving sales performance.

As Assistant Branch Manager, you will play a key role in leading by example on the shop floor, coaching the sales team, and deputising for the Store Manager during periods of absence.

Package:

• Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 basic + Commission + Team Bonus
• OTE: £55,000 - £60,000
• Working Hours: 40 hours per week - 5 out of 7 days
