Assistant Branch Manager

• Oversees the day to day operation of the selling floor in the achievement of store sales targets.
• Ensures all selling personnel provides excellent customer service.
• Helps identify fast-moving items and ensures prompt replenishment of stocks.
• Ensures proper and timely endorsement of return of bad orders to suppliers in coordination with merchandising and warehouse.
• Helps oversee the accurate and proper monitoring of stocks in the storage and selling area.
• Coordinates with warehouse for stock ordering to support the store sales and service delivery.
• Ensures prompt replenishment of products in the selling area.
• Implements proper handling procedure of merchandise against breakage or damage.
• Supermarket background is a must.
• Willing to work for 6 days and holidays
• Willing to be deployed in Cebu City
