Assistant Branch Manager

You are REQUIRING to having experiences in SUPERVISION position on below fields:-

• Grocer Shop
• Supermarket or Mini Mart.
• Convenience Store.

• Setia Alam -Shah Alam , Selangor

Responsibilities:

• Responsible to ensure accurate stock during loading and unloading goods.
• Managing staff scheduling, tasks, performances & discipline.
• Provide and maintain high level of customer service.
• Responsible on stock counting, store standards & outlet's daily operation.
• Compiling reports and submit to management.
• Recognize sales opportunities when dealing with customers and be able maximize the sales by upsell or cross selling items.
• Other ad-hoc tasks related.
