                    job description Responsible to grow company freight forwrding & logistics business in accordance with corporate objectives, i.e. revenue, profitability and market share
Develop qualified leads using various direct methods such as cold calling, visits and indirect methods such as networking and referrals
Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closed sales
Visit customers on regular basis in building relationships at all levels and represents the company in a professional manner,
Prepare quotations, proposal and negotiate rates and service terms with customers
Report sales activities and maintain good records on prospect and customer interactions for internal reference
Coach and lead the sales team in achieving company objective
Cultivate strong relationships with third party and partner companies that maybe required to deliver full solutions to customers
