Responsibility

  • Business Process planning and coordination: Establish and execute business process plans and strategies to ensure all the workflows follow operation standard and direction
  • Business Governance: Supervise and train different business units, participate in formulating and regularly review business operation plans
  • Risk Identification and Process Optimization: Identify and assess potential risks and improve the weaknesses in business processes.
  • Provide recommendations based on reviewed results and work with other teams to optimize business rules and processes

    • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or above in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Management or a related field.
  • 3+ years of solid and relevant work experience, experience in Telecommunications industry is a definite advantage.
