The Mindful Camp is looking for a highly organised, driven, and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Assistant Camp Manager.

For over 13 years, we have been creating meaningful experiences for children through camps that develop confidence, resilience, friendships, and life skills.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on ownership, enjoys building systems and teams, and wants to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of camps and programmes.
• Plan and coordinate schedules, activities, logistics, staffing, and resources.
• Recruit, train, and supervise camp facilitators.
• Communicate with parents and ensure a positive camp experience.
• Develop camp curriculum, lesson plans, and programme materials.
