Overview of position:

The Assistant Catering Manager supports the planning, coordination, and execution of catering events while ensuring exceptional food quality and customer service. This role assists with scheduling staff, managing inventory, coordinating event logistics, and maintaining health and safety standards. The Assistant Catering Manager works closely with the Catering Manager and culinary team to deliver seamless events, meet client expectations, and support daily catering operations.

The role entails assisting the Manager with functions such as:

• Able to run a shift and/ or take responsibility in the absence of the Unit Manager
