**What you’ll get to do:**

+ Assist the Plant Manager in day-to-day operations of the cement plant.
+ Monitor production processes to ensure optimal efficiency and product quality.
+ Support maintenance planning and execution to minimize downtime.
+ Lead and develop plant personnel, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous performance improvement.
+ Support planning and execution of capital and strategic plant projects
+ Act as Plant Manager during absences, making critical operational decisions.
