Job Description

The role of TSA Finance is to support the mission of The Salvation Army by providing the finance and accounting function to The Salvation Army New Zealand, Fiji, Tonga and Samoa Territory.

These functions include: financial compliance (meeting internal and external statutory obligations), financial reporting, treasury and cash flow, financial management, financial operations and systems, budget coordination and financial training.

TSA Finance seeks to provide timely, relevant and accurate financial information which is consistent with The Salvation Army’s strategic direction and which meets external and internal accountability requirements.

The Assistant Centre Support Accountant is responsible for providing assistance to the Accounting Manager to ensure that all accounting functions in relation to Corps and Centres are performed in a timely and efficient manner.
