Job Description
a. Compliance with all Company policies including but not limited to any standards, operating procedures and systems set for Kitchen.
b. Design and update the foods menu of JUBILO (from time to time) to enhance customers' culinary experience and/or as per the management direction – Chinese, Western, Asian cuisine;
c. Prepare, design and submit cost proposal for menu items and ensure that all costings are calculated properly and menus are designed to ensure maximum gross profit and within the budget agreed by the Company;
d. Sourcing for reliable suppliers for ingredients, utensils and all relevant kitchen equipment for management's consideration as and when necessary.
e. Provide feedback regarding the food quality of every purchases and reviews supplier list from time to time;
