About This Role

Qualifications and experience required

·Minimum 5 years as a Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (LAME) in a General Aviation (GA) environment.

·Must have current licences – Part 66 B1.1 & B1.2 (B2 highly desirable)

·P&WC PT6 and Pilatus PC-12 type ratings, or with company support, be able to obtain them.

·Active, on-the-tools role requiring hands-on maintenance experience.

·Ability to communicate effectively in a complex technical environment.

·Demonstrated ability to multitask effectively and communicate changing priorities daily

·Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability.

·Takes personal responsibility for meeting objectives and progressing work. Persists and focuses on achieving objectives, even in difficult circumstances.

·Strong team leadership and management experience-desirable
