Job Description

We are looking

for someone who:

候选人应具备以下特质：

  • Minimum 5 years of engineering management experience in luxury hotels, with at least 2 years in a similar position;至少5年以上高星级酒店工程管理经验，2年以上同等职位经验；

  • Excellent team management and communication skills, with the ability to lead the engineering team efficiently;出色的团队管理和沟通协调能力，能够高效领导工程团队；

  • Strong budget control and cost awareness, familiar with engineering procurement processes;具备较强的预算控制和成本意识，熟悉工程采购流程；

  • Familiar with national and local engineering safety and environmental regulations; relevant professional certificates are preferred.熟悉国家及地方工程安全、环保法规，持相关专业证书者优先。
