An Assistant Chief Steward is responsible for supervising the Kitchen Stewards to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while supporting the overall Back of House operations
**What will I be doing?**
As an Assistant Chief Steward, you are responsible for supervising the Kitchen Stewards and supporting the Back of House team to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. An Assistant Chief Steward will also be required to coordinate other kitchen responsibilities, make certain Back of House areas are maintained, and ensure that health and safety are top priorities. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
+ Supervise the Kitchen Stewards ensuring high standards
+ Support the Back of House Team in training and development
+ Coordinate the daily pot-wash and dish wash responsibilities
