Assistant Civil Engineer

We have a fantastic opportunity for a permanent assistant Civil Engineer to join our Structures Assessments (CAFA) account in York, Liverpool, Cardiff or Crawley. 37.5 hrs per week, hybrid working with an expectation to be in the office a minimum of 2 days a week.

In this role, you will play an important part in delivering assessments of rail structures (bridges & buildings) in accordance with technical standards and health and safety requirements.

This role offers you the unique opportunity to be a part of a varied team supporting a full range of Engineering technical grades, whilst continually learning and developing your own skills further.

What You'll Do:
Preparation of technical assessment/design remits, calculations, reports and drawings, which are technically sound engineering solutions, complying with all relevant technical standards and client requirements.
